Hello everyone, how are you?
Today our subject is CC, commonly known as Capillary Chronogram, this subject that is controversial, and literally messes with the heads of many girls, but you know what it is, and how to use it?
What is the Capillary Schedule?
The CC is a routine of care that you must have with your hair. There 3 steps of this schedule to be followed for your hair grow and stay healthy, they are: Hydration, Nutrition and Reconstruction.
Moisturizing, as the name says, this step restores the liquids lost by the strand of hair, if you feel that your hair are dry, with double ends this is the step that you should focus on more, invest in masks that have aloe, panthenol, glycerin, in the composition;
Nutrition, if your hair also has a more dryness than usual, excess frizz, and weak, definitely you should focus more on this step of CC, invest in 100% vegetable oils, such as coconut, castor, among others;
Reconstruction, this step consists of replacing the lost mass of your hair (chemical procedures like bleaching), so if your hair is thinner, brittle, porous, you should focus on this step, invest in masks that have amino acids, keratins; It is worth remembering that this stage is the last of the schedule, so one should always perform at least one hydration and one nutrition before do it the reconstruction step.
But how do you know what you need?
If you can not recognize what your strand of hair is needing, there is a very simple test that will help you, the porosity test, it is quite simple you will need a glass with filtered water, and one strand of hair after washing with shampoo, or co-wash, comb your without any cream, take one strand of hair (* does not need to rip out the hair), it serves the one that remained on the comb, wait a few minutes until it dries, and then you just put it in the glass with water, wait between 20-25 minutes, and you will know which stage of the schedule you will need to devote more.
Note: Castor oil should NOT be used on pregnant women (with suspected pregnancy) or lactating women; It can also cause headaches, diarrhea and lack of control of the menstrual period.
Thank you and see you next time!
