3 Oils To Aid Hair Growth

Wetness – use avocado oil directly on the roots of the hair, massaging the scalp, this will stimulate the growth of the hair, let it act from 45 min to 1 hour, and wash the hair.

Contraindication: If you are allergic, test the oil on the arm and let it act for 20 to 30 minutes. If there is no allergic reaction, use the oil as normal.

Safflower Oil

This oil has a lot of oleic acid that helps penetrate the hair, (it is extremely beneficial for your hair to be healthy), it is rich in vitamin E that is antioxidant and moisturizing, also has omega-3 and omega-9, accelerates the growth of hair leaving the strongest and moisturized, so if your hair is dry, this is the most indicated oil to nourish the hair.

Contraindication: Pregnant women, or with suspected pregnancy should not make use of this oil, being a vasodilator this oil can cause miscarriages, women in the period of lactation should not make use of it either.
